All Nesh Stories modular systems manufactured in our specialized fabrication facility are backed by comprehensive warranty protection against manufacturing defects and structural failures.

Warranty Activation Conditions
Nesh Stories honors all warranty claims under the following straightforward conditions:
- The product is used for domestic residential purposes and properly maintained.
- The furniture remains in its original installed position and has not been moved by uncertified third parties.
- The claim is raised within the valid 10-year period from the date of final handover possession.
- All contractual milestone payments have been settled in full.
Standard Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear from daily residential usage (minor abrasions, cosmetic hairline scratches).
- Building structural water ingress, active wall moisture, or external pipe leaks affecting cabinetry.
- Damage resulting from caustic chemicals, abrasive acid cleaners, or negligent handling.
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations carried out without Nesh Stories engineering approval.
Making a Warranty Claim
