Neshstories Modular Services: Terms & Conditions

All Neshstories products manufactured in our facility are covered under our Modular Services warranty. This policy protects against defects or damage.

Modular Wardrobe & Storage
Our warranty for modular wardrobes and storage covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10 years from the date of possession. If a defect is found upon inspection by an authorized Neshstories representative, the defective part will be repaired or replaced according to the terms below.

PRODUCTS	WARRANTY	EXCEPTIONS
CABINETS, SHUTTERS, DRAWERS & PANELS	10-year warranty with free replacement	Only bends more than 4mm will be addressed. Damage from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
ACCESSORIES/HARDWARE	10-year warranty with free replacement	Rusting is excluded. Damage from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

WARRANTY DETAILS
Neshstories will honor its warranty under these conditions:
• The product is properly maintained and used for normal domestic purposes.
• The product remains in its original installed position and location.
• The warranty period has not expired.
• All payments from the client have been received.

Exclusions from Warranty
Neshstories does not cover and is not responsible for:
• Wear and tear from normal use, including scratches, dents, and cuts.
• Rust on channels, hinges, and other metallic parts due to household chemicals and sprays.
• Water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface.
• Degradation, discoloration, fading, and damage to natural wood materials, laminates, and other materials due to light, sunlight, moisture, heat, or other environmental factors.
• Damage from inappropriate chemicals, detergents, abrasives, or other cleaning agents.
• Mistreatment, negligent use, misuse, or insufficient care.
• Alterations, modifications, or use inconsistent with supplied instructions without authorization.
• Damage or stains due to water leakage and/or seepage.
• Damage from force majeure events, environmental conditions, or staining from foreign substances.
• Normal incidental deterioration like nicks, cuts, scratches, and abrasions from normal use.
• Movement of material from the originally installed site to another site.
• The warranty period for hardware and accessories will be the same as that offered by the original equipment manufacturer.
